A guarantor is responsible for the rent payments if a tenant can’t complete the payment on their own. Parents or guardians can act as a resident’s guarantors.
Each monthly payment includes access to high-speed Internet, cable, pest control, and trash service. Of course, residents also have access to all on-site amenities including the pool, fitness center, and on-site parking.
For the duration of your lease term, the total rent is divided into 12 equal installments. Each installment covers a portion of the total rent cost and is not dependent on monthly rental rates, eliminating the need for proration based on your move-in or move-out date.
